I am often told that I am an optimistic and open-minded individual. I am always flexible and excited to jump into any new experience or challenge that comes my way! Wondering what I am up to in my free time?

After a long work day, I love to roll out my mat for an
at home workout and a relaxed yoga session.
On the weekend, you can find me immersed in nature
exploring hiking trails with my dog.

cooking a new recipe to share with my family & friends.
